Doesn't add nearly enough content to justify the 5$ price-tag. Avoid this DLC at all costs, it's simply not worth it.All you get is 4 copy-pasted stages from Resident Evil 6 with 3 difficulty levels (4x3=12 Missions).. There are several different reasons why I don’t recommend this product.1. I am thoroughly disappointed at the notion of this being a "throwback." These maps were created only about 2.5 years ago. 2. “4 nostalgic maps from iconic series locations” I can understand the selection of the Queen Zenobia map, simply because Raid mode was an original feature in Revelations 1, but I disagree with the other 3 maps entirely. Resident Evil 6 wasn’t exactly a classic, or something we should all remember and enjoy in the years to come. It was a game that did not meet sales expectations, it had extremely mixed reviews/ratings, and is generally disliked by the core RE fan base. Why would we want to revisit something from a product that reeked of such mediocrity? Resident Evil 5 was a better received game than its successor, so there could have been at least one map from that game. Nostalgic? … what a joke.3. I fully understand that making the choice to go back to the original gameplay and formula of the classic Resident Evil games is something that needs to take a lot of consideration and is generally a huge risk, but the fans have been asking for this for a while. The least Capcom could have done was add maps from the older titles of the series to show that they still care about what the fans think. 4. I’m getting sick and tired of paying for DLC’s that merely port content over from previous games. It’s completely unoriginal. I honestly wouldn’t mind paying more to have maps created from scratch.. This will throw you back... In more ways than one.. When I think 'Throwback,' I think the Spencer Mansion from RE1, the Raccoon City Streets, Police Department, and the Secret Umbrella Labs from RE2, Rockfort Island from Code: Veronica, hell, even the Eliptic Express from RE0.Capcom's idea of Throwback, it seems, comes in the form of the Party Hall from the start of Leon's Campaign in RE6, Requiem of War Mercenaries stage from RE6, the Queen Zenobia Grand Hall from RE:Rev1, and some kind of sewer/mine Stage.. which is also from RE6.The throwback stages consist of 3 stages from RE6, and 1 stage from RE:Rev..... except MOST of the Raid Mode levels are RE6 anyways, meaning its less of a throwback, and more of a throw-in.I'm not impressed. Raid Mode is fun, yeah, but don't be fooled by this. It's hardly nostalgic. Pass this one up.. After playing all 4 maps, 3/4 of the maps are Very very hard and will offer some challange and brings back some of the hardest/most anoying enemys from Rev1 and Re6. This pack will offer a challange for some and♥♥♥♥♥♥off others (my self included).. Was expecting more maps tbh,but hey! You can get + medallions!6/10 medallions.. You get the banquet from Leon's campain in RE6, Revelations' Zenobia Main Hall, mining tunnels for a protection mission, and the plaza that had the giant BOWs from Chris' campaign in RE6. For iconic locations, only the first two come close to it. With RE4 HD and RE1 HD aout, I'm surprised they didn't use locations from those games. THOSE would have been good throwbacks and could have taken one of the RE6 map spots. Instead, you're reminded of RE6 and all its... "glory". It's as if RE6 was the easiest to recycle because it had all its HD assets long before the others. These maps are also quite small, similar to the other... RE6 locations in raid mode.I don't want RE6 on top of my RE6 in raid mode, Capcom.. 1 map from resident evil Revelations 1 and 3 maps from Resident evil 6.. Throw back is more of a RESIDENT evil 1-3. Not worth 5 bucks
